• juice for tomorrow morning - 5 apple, big chunk ginger, 1/2 lemon, 1/3 cucumber, 1 carrot, cold water
• sushi for dinner - seasoned rice, cucumber, capsicum, avocado, sriracha
• date choc balls for pre run energy this week - dates, chia seeds, raw cacao rolled in coconut sugar
• fresh herbs from my mothers garden - two types of basil, mint & rosemary
